## Frequently asked questions

### What is Revix AI?

Revix is an AI code reviewer. It learns the patterns your team already follows and reviews every pull request against them, the way a senior engineer on your team would.

### Do we have to write the rules ourselves?

No. Revix reads your repository and extracts the rules from the patterns already there, so you get useful reviews without writing a rulebook first. You can edit, add, or disable any rule at any time.

### How is this different from a linter?

A linter checks syntax and formatting against fixed rules. Revix checks judgment: whether a change follows the conventions and structure your team already applies in review.

### Does it help with AI-generated code?

Yes. Assistants raised how much code teams ship, and review capacity did not move with it. Revix reviews every pull request the same way, whether a person or an AI assistant wrote it, so the extra output still gets reviewed.

### How do I install it?

Connect your GitHub, Bitbucket, or GitLab account, pick the repos you want reviewed, and Revix AI starts commenting on new pull requests. Two clicks, no config required.

### Does Revix AI work with Bitbucket?

Yes, with native Bitbucket Cloud support. Connect your Bitbucket workspace and get reviews on every pull request, same as GitHub.

### Which languages and frameworks are supported?

Revix AI works with any language your team writes. It adapts to your stack by reading your code, conventions, and existing rules.

### Is my code private?

Your code is never used to train models. Reviews run on isolated infrastructure and source is purged after each run.

### Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
